I love Benji as a player , but as a a coach he should have earned his stripes. This is not on him but the club that decided a rookie coach with no coaching history was the answer. I would have even given Morris a shot based on his short history at the Sharks . I hope he doesn’t add another spoon...

My take on it is that he probably has indicated not being happy if API is extended and being close to the Galvin camp has no doubt steered the club away from having a gun at their head for an unproven contract. The club gets stability and a player ahead of time that wants to be here.

At what point does these un rewarded efforts to keep trying to come from behind on the score board take a toll on their mindset . I cant really see Benji being able to transform this into a winning culture the longer these results continue.

What I have noticed outside of Newcastle nearly every side has more upside for an upset win rather than us. Or am I just looking at us through rose coloured glasses.
