I just don’t see how he fits in with the hard working supporting your team mate culture we’re trying to build. I reckon Romey would eat him alive in terms of expectation to standards. Genuine game breaker on his day, but the question is how many days a season would his next club get from him.

Spot on. I was really keen to watch Jarome play live to see his work off the ball and as many have previously said, his value is largely all the organising off the ball in both attack and defence. I agree with other posters that AD is playing so much better due to Jaromes influence
