Oh…. I don’t think we are making the 8 next year. 😩 I do think we are in a good spot for 2024 with most off contract, those still signed are first grade quality for any team and a huge amount of coin to spend. I’m not 100% confident on our ability not to blow it.

it just proves signing contracts 18 months out doesn’t work. The player either signs and then angles an immediate release on more money, or reneges on the contract if their value improves.

Well the players we have now aren’t making the mustard. Seems to me if you want that to change, like every supporter does, you may need to change the quality of the players.
