    3-2-1 3-2-1 Round 18 vs Roosters

Too hard. We don't win without Doueihi's general kicking game. We don't win without Skelton, Turuva & Staines gaining great metres. We don't win without Latu Fainu. We don't win if the forwards don't play to dominate the field the way they did. We don't win if Hope doesn't get good service...

OFFICIAL Pathways - KOE General Discussion

Murray is probably physically advanced- both in age & through competition. He's been Q Cup level for a few seasons now. I'd say this could explain the pecking order.

OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Doueihi's age is like a NRL360 report on a contract value it seems....wildly inaccurate in order to suit an argument. :) Doueihi is 26.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

With Royce Hunt not exactly hitting the way we hoped, there is room for that 'big' front rower. This is where Viliame Fifita from the Dragons could fit. Offers that bigger body shape. Taateo looks promising. I think our KOE depth next season is going to look very good.
  8. The Chad

OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Am I right in thinking Starford To'a will line up on Galvin's side in defence? If you watch Galvin defend- he doesn't want to engage the ball runner- he'll mirror him & then track backwards. I suspect Luai to To'a is going to be key plays vs the Dogs

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Don't disagree. Suggestions? You could look for the wildman, impact defender type.... There's one on the outer at the Knights...

Yeah, I don't know. He looks to be part of the bro's.

Not sure if it's been posted but Australian right back & capped international Gethin Jones has signed up to play with MK Dons under Paul Warne.

Development club. Stick to the principles. Retain your juniors as a priority when applicable. Better yet- announce all 3.
  14. The Chad

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I think he's a victim of recency. He had 10 very good games to start the year. Got hurt. His last 2 games are a bit slower going. People saw the Manly game & seem to have forgotten how good he was to start the year. May outgained him for 10 rounds. Pole outgained everyone else for 10 rounds.
  15. The Chad

    OFFICIAL Terrell May #296

I'd say there are guys with contracts that need review before Terrell May's though. To'a, Sione Fainu, Pole, Bula....not necessarily in that order. Don't get me wrong- happy for May to commit for longer.
  16. The Chad

OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

He should always have been viewed as a project. Somewhere along the way, people forgot that & built a story he was too good to be left out. Now the Bulldogs are going to have to live through that.
  17. The Chad

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I'm not sure we need another prop unless it's a high calibre impact type. We have plenty of Front Row depth. That #13 spot looks weak though. If we can shift Twal out of #13, there's another Prop in the rotation. I love what Papali'i has been in his career, but I'm skeptical he's an improvement...
  18. The Chad

    OFFICIAL Terrell May #296

I get the good news story of extending May. I'm not sure it's needed after half a season though. Talk to him next season about this time. Unless it's about cap relief by bringing money forward.
  19. The Chad

OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Galvin cannot defend in the middle. He backs away from contact. Been saying it for a while- he's Wade Graham Part 2/Gavin Miller....he's wide playmaking second rower. Or maybe a centre.
  20. The Chad

OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

The whole thing is really a bit of an indictment on how much the media play a part in perception, and a close look at the 'need' for things to happen NOW in the current society. For 18 months the media have portrayed Galvin as 'the best half coming through in years' despite some obvious short...
