2026 squad - still not good enough

Unfortunately he wouldn’t have time to play at all if he was constantly getting other players to toe the line or play to a regular NRL standard

I don’t think I would call Tino ‘lazy’, an effort player most games

TEAM LIST Round 22 vs Bulldogs

If Hunt is to be used effectively I’d try the 10 minutes before and after half time. If he can’t compete for ten minutes with a ten minute break it’s time to move on

TEAM LIST Round 22 vs Bulldogs

Comparing player for player I don’t think there is a great deal of difference in the playing rosters (maybe 2nd row/centre dogs have an advantage), but it’s in the effort areas that the Tigers are lacking Line speed Wrestle Kick chase

Losing Luai would be a very poor look for the Tigers and may impact possible signings

If we had been beaten with the quality squad the broncos or Roosters have there is reason to be upset with the team. We don’t have that squad and have been ‘competitive’ most of the season, not great but competitive and the future is looking better with Mak, Tiny and KPP. Still not a top 8 squad...

I thought he was T&T this year and the club had an option for next year If that’s correct, given his previous issues, they may wait till closer to Nov 1 to confirm his mental health/life style choices. But hoping all goes well, plus reportedly we have his brother actively chasing an extension...

KPP unfortunately is a ‘passive’ 2RF, like the rest of our pack. Tigers need an aggressive forward somewhere in the mix.

He said or his manager said he didn’t want to be here if API was re signed Another 19-20 year old who thinks he deserves an unobstructed ride to first grade. He needs to prove he is better than the person in front of him. EARN the position

I think we just need to let Latu play half for the rest of the year Luai play five eight for the rest of the year Douhie play lock for the rest of the year ( but I’m not confident his defence will hold up) Tiny to play centre for the rest of the year Our forwards need to find some ‘intent’...
