    HBG, Independent Directors Sacked

I don’t know about that Vicious? In my experience I’ve seen one person make a huge difference to an organisation.

In addition to Dennis’ 2 chairs and 1 director positions adding in superannuation that’s close to $150k for about 6 hrs per month work and 100hrs causing trouble.

    Wests Tigers welcome Shaun Mielekamp

Richo was the best thing that has happened to our club since Tim Sheens, so it’s not surprising he’s ruffled feathers. While he may have pushed the envelope with the son’s business association I’m sure he would have run it by HBG. It’s a really weird situation whereby fans may be now wondering...

    Wests Tigers welcome Shaun Mielekamp

Precisely. It becomes a distraction from the priority goals, too time consuming.

    Wests Tigers welcome Shaun Mielekamp

He was asked a similar question and responded with, “communication “ he strongly believes in communication. Lol, I’m guessing Richo and the HBG board didn’t have a very cohesive relationship for some time. Richo often spoke about people keeping in their own lane as if it was his Everest. lol...

    Wests Tigers welcome Shaun Mielekamp

After sacking the independent members of the WT board, the CEO resigning, and players threatening to walk if Benji was sacked, who actually thought it was a good idea to extend Benji's contract by 3 years? Was it members on the HBG board who discussed this with Benji? Interestingly the WT board...

    HBG, Independent Directors Sacked

I watched an interview with Denny, who was asked, “and tell us, how did you come to own an NRL footy team?” To which Denny replied that it started with becoming a debenture holder. Here’s an idea? How about we increase the $100 cost of a debenture to say $450k?

It’s becoming abundantly clear where their priorities are.

Watch yer back Benji. Only 2 previous coaches have been given an extension and both were sacked soon after the start of the extension period.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I think Madge’s record with us was pretty good considering what he had inherited. As you say, there was a few $m sitting in the grandstand, but we had only one less win in 2019 and were a better attacking side. Cleary had autonomy and cap space, while Maguire was continually being micromanaged...

A lot of their behaviour doesn’t make sense, but it has a commonality feature..”we are the owners”

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Trying to please the fans? I don't see that based on their performance during the last decade. They simply panicked with Richo leaving and 7 players threatened to leave. These are not the people you want in those positions. Their main motivational tool is threat, as we saw from Fallah, when he...

Will you be attending the Save the Wests Tigers March?

Richo was wrong, reforming WT has proved to be much more difficult than his task at the Rabbitohs. Here’s the conundrum, we all know what’s needed, organisational development. it should have been so easy if not for the resistance and road blocks of those who prefer the status quo. Richo did so...

    HBG, Independent Directors Sacked

This latest flair up and sackings has nothing to do with Calvary Luai joint the Balmain under 19s does it? I’m probably way off the mark, but just think it must be more than the orange for Fallah to go off on a rant like that?

It’s not happening mate. I scanned the news headlines with my morning coffee..Storm are setting up a bold new pathways plan set to rock the NRL. While the Eels have the whole club of 150 players all training together. We’re about 8 weeks out from our first trial with Tigers playing musical chairs.

He knows Chinese philosophy though? Somewhere deep in a crisis lies opportunity. (Or some such thing)
