Sorry mate but players are aware of what an embarassment the club is at administration level. They would be rightly worried about the future of their coach (and rightly so). They can't be quarantined from it. These guys spend a lot of time on social media - stuff about the Tigers is everywhere...

They want to be the guys who make the decisions, and they have spent enough time together that they honestly believe they are the best people to do it. Don't think its any more complicated than that.
