I agree about the lack of quality coming in, but unlike previous years I at least have some hope that our current management have some sort of plan. There isn't much h on the market right now, but that can change very quickly.

I can tell you Ivan and his family have done a lot for some good friends of mine who are in a horrible situation. I hated the guys for a while, but if people knew some of things he does you couldn't possibly hate the guy.

On the surface it seems to continue the old pattern of signing a good player on slight overs (because we suck), player under performs compared to their salary, player is released with us tipping in, we promote over-rated juniors, wash, rinse, repeat. I'm prepared to see how it plays out though...
