can't wait to see @Tucker try and argue against this when it's two of his special bum boys.

good on you for calling it as you see it mate. healthy debate is what makes this forum tick. I think we can make the 8 providing we continue to see improvement in the playing group, which I believe we will, providing we don’t get hampered by injuries. I guess you can put me down!

I'm very confident in Starford providing he isn't playing busted like he was at the end of last year. beginning of the year he was phenomenal and I'm confident he lifts again. you have to remember that by the end of the year the right edge was entirely different to what it was in preseason. no...

Matamua, Feledy and Tumeth were impossible to move on realistically. terrible decisions made by a different football department. look at Parramatta with Matterson, they’ve had some failures themselves in terms of moving players on. Ryles did a great job building the roster in his image so...

their key is Moses, he stays fit they'll run top 6. he's the best half in the comp, he'll drag them there on his own if he has to. I'd argue our squad is actually better man for man but Moses is genuinely that good that he makes them a better side than us, as much as it pains me to say it.

not in the predictions business after being burned so many times. you know this club, genuinely anything can happen, even when the opposite looks certain.

I know it because I was told by someone close to the club. you listen to the pod, you know I get a tidbit or two. the club has told Jahream that there’s no point paying huge money for just one year and would rather restructure and lock him up long term. players and managers prefer security...

I love Jahream but ultimately yes he isn't worth $900k when you compare his output to other elite fullbacks. I think he'll take a pretty significant leap forward over the offseason, but I'm glad that the club is looking to renegotiate his pay packet while giving him the long-term deal he deserves.

we're negotiating with Bula for less money and a longer deal that benefits all parties, including his ratbag manager. Luai's deal includes TPAs so it's less than $1.2m on the cap, Latu is the only one you've managed to get correct, and Api is on less than $700k and actually took a paycut for his...

makes me sick also, but they'll do as they always do, plenty of cash in the spine and on a couple of other pieces and fill the rest of the roster with minimum wage battlers.

NAS and Kami gone + Papenhuyzen effectively out the door. that's a fair stack of cash. their centres aren't up to scratch tho I spose.

I reckon he'd be paying near even money to land back at Melbourne unfortunately.

they've got stacks of good young halves, Lincoln Fletcher and Lorenzo Talataina the pick of the bunch. Pezet's a bridge to them.

yeah he's not the enforcing type. just goes about his business with cyborg-like accuracy. no one could ever pass up Payne Haas if the opportunity would arise, but I would be looking for an enforcer type front rower to complement Terrell, similar to what you're thinking.

without a shadow of a doubt. even QLD would’ve found a spot for him at 14 or in the centres. NSW had some diabolical halves there during Benji’s prime too. he would’ve been a mainstay of that side.
