We are that random team and it’ll be more than $1.2m

I don’t feel Manly’s Tiger based recruitment strategy has really delivered since Marty

Who knew our new centre was already with us, hiding in the front row 😁

I think the biggest problem some of our players have is consistency of effort They look like world beaters at moments but then let themselves down with lazy efforts, be it around the ruck, chasing after an error or being beaten I'm thinking mainly of our backs (except Bula), most are guilty, but...

I heard for 2025 from the guy I trust who also said he would become the highest paid player in the NRL with the deal From a somewhat sketchier source I heard a long term deal of 5 years at $1.4m, which in terms of dollars would fit the highest paid player claim

Roosters love Billy Smith and have supported him through the tough times so I doubt he ever leaves them, plus Suaalii is on the way out the door apparently but who can be sure with him

How long since @THE_POM posted anything Over six months I’d reckon, anyone know if that’s accurate and what became of him?

I’d like to see Tupou and Toa on the wings Would mean we’ve signed a couple of good centres I love them both but they scare me a little in defence

Smoking Gun and the POM are planning on revealing their true identities as Bryce Gibbs & Justin Pascoe respectively

Riccio’s ahead of me, his reputation is already in tatters 😁

My reputation will be in tatters if that’s the case 🤡 I stick by what I’ve heard Who knows? Luai probably does I guess Feels like the Penrith notional increase leak is pushing this to a quick conclusion so hopefully we know soon

Anyone ever worked out what Richard Wilkins, Andrew Bolt and Kochy did? 🤡

Anyone see Mikey Lewis for the Poms the other day, he looked really exciting Toa scored a nice try, I reckon he should be a winger for us if we could jag a couple of quality centres

Bula is a work in progress for sure but he’s way beyond the promising stage for me His defensive plays this year show me he’s a smart footballer not just a gifted athlete International experience, a full off season and hopefully a better performing team in front of him, I’m thinking he’ll lift...

Unrequested forum coaching tip: “Play the ball not the man” 🧘🏼‍♂️🙏🏼

No idea, because he's a top liner I'd imagine and we can build around him plus god forbid we have one too many maybe halves We think of him as a Panther now but how about after 6-7 years with us? A bit like GI as a Storm/Rabbit, Lazzo a Raider/Bronco, they become dual club men (3 for Lazzo I guess)

All I know is we have an offer which makes him the highest paid player in the NRL I sense it’s a 4 or 5 year deal Penrith won’t be able to match it so unless there is another club willing to get to the $1.4m+ territory you’d have to think we are in the box seat He’s a family man for all his...

Luai enough?

Samoa missed Luai’s leadership We could use some of that

It will be us but it will cost more than $1.1m Panthers $800k v $1.4m per season If you could lock in an extra $3m over 5 years how could you look your family in the eye if you knocked it back
