I don't think so sorry.
He's fast and is a really good finisher, but I really couldn't see him in the centres and wouldn't want the club to recruit him as a 'project' when they already have promising kids coming through who deserve the spot.
As I said earlier, I really hope Talau can pull a...
Centre has been in issue for so long. I remember one game this season I sent my dad (tigers too) a text saying I didn't think I'd ever seen a worse pair of centres than they had that game.
I think Naden can be pretty good, but for some reason (I suspect Sheens!) they kept him on...
I don't think I've seen many posts "frothing over" the possibility of Staines coming.
Okay, that sounds really wrong... But you know what I mean! 😳
I just said he was "okay", would be cheap and could possibly add depth and maybe competition for Laurie.
I think he's... okay. It doesn't seem like they'd have to spend too much to get him and he is fast, which they sorely lack in the backline.
He can certainly put them in; the question is do the tigers have the players to get it to him?
I wouldn't have any issue with him getting the fullback...
Wasn't Brooks playing last time Sheens was coach? 😜
Edit: so that was a joke and then I realised he wasn't all that far off being coached by him!
It really is just time to cut him loose. Being the halfback and leading try assists for one of the lowest scoring teams is not all that flattering....
Agree they need to become a club people don't want to leave, but the players you've named went above and beyond to ensure their position at the club became quickly untenable.
Moses just plain sooked and tanked; Matterson had a breakout year and thought he was too good for the tigers; Aloiai...
It's a shame because he was good, but my thoughts were more focused on what sort of a guy he would be at a club.
My impressions were not positive, but really, who am I to know from seeing a guy on tv?
Thankfully there has been zero connecting him to the tigers. 😊
