The most important distinction in the Wests Tigers imbroglio

NRL: The most important distinction in the Wests Tigers imbroglio Steve Mascord The entire Robbie Farah-Jason Taylor debate is split along mostly predictable lines – respect for a club legend versus the right of a coach to make a decision that is best for the team. But in much of the myriad...

    Taylor & Positive footy

I know that there have been a lot of posters stating that we need to defend and that is basically all that matters. I think that has also been Taylor's approach and it has lost us a tonne of games. It's not that you don't have to defend. Everyone gets that defence is important. The point is...

    Our Squad

I keep stating that our squad isn't bad. I think it's actually pretty good and that we have really struggled this season because our coaching staff have again been morons and our halves have been playing well below their potential. Some other players have also been out of form. The main one I...

    Coaching Insider

http://www.weststigers.com.au/news/2016/05/20/coaching_insider_rou.html I like Taylor in this interview. I really want to see a top team performance today with some smarts. So yes we need to be tough but that is just one piece of what we need. We need to execute well in defence and attack. When...

    Coaching Insider for the game

http://www.weststigers.com.au/news/2016/04/16/coaching_insider_rou.html Taylor makes some good points in here.

    Tedesco Interview

http://www.weststigers.com.au/news/2016/04/13/tedesco_we_ve_got_a_.html Decent interview. We still have to score points. The players are just taking bad options as individuals. I think a lot of it is simply poor execution.

    Next Season

I tell you I can't wait until it starts and we see how we are going. It'd be good to see some good footy played by our boys and no more drama.

    Nofo

I started one for Halatau but this guy was also great. You need wingers that can have an impact and all night Nofo just rucked it out for us. He took so many hit-ups for our forwards.

    Halatau

This guy was everywhere for us. So many covering tackles and great hit-ups as well. He deserves a massive wrap.

    Press Conference

http://www.weststigers.com.au/news/2015/06/28/press_conference_nrl.html How does this guy keep his job ? The club has gone backwards rapidly under JT's tenure. He spins everything and blames anything or anyone other than himself for poor performances.

    Positives

I feel that I've been extremely negative so I thought I would start a thread regarding the positives so far this season:- 1\. Our halves. I really think that they have been putting their bodies on the lines and they are showing some skill as well. There is the occasional poor play and they have...

    Halatau

This is the guy that deserves a wrap. He made so many critical tackles and did basically everything right. Every game he has given us quality play with minimal if any errors. He has been a great buy when I thought that he would be a dud.

    Benji playing 7

http://www.weststigers.com.au/news-display/Marshall-ready-to-take-on-worlds-best/77942 I think that it is pretty obvious that Benji has been playing at 7 and he mentions it here as well. Personally I think he has too because he lacks that explosive pace and zip that he had when he came into...
