first,our kick chase has been great along with completions.do that consistently and you will look good defensively. big advantage when you can smother a kick returner and force one out runs play after play. madge has this team playing the basics very well so far.

brooks took his game to another level with benji there last year. too many people blame farah and benji while they had crap players along side them for so long. both players had to take a lead role because they played with crap halfbacks the majority of their careers.

in any conditions,i don't see us as a side that will be scoring big points. grinding out wins will be our go to. this side looks better equipped to grind out wins a little more consistently than previous years with the additions to the pack of matterson and mikaele plus lawrence to come back...
