Tamou is just another Packer or Matulino. Past his used by date, won’t put up good numbers for us and wants a long deal to make up his retirement fund. Would rather pass, spend money on some strike in our back line and focus on signing some forwards who are in their prime to lead us in 2022...

That’s the thing we lack though is more guys making big metres and having impact. Tamou is not a damaging ball runner and he doesn’t have an offload he’s Twal except he would cost more and has no upside. It’s up to the hooker and halves to be organising the forwards and our halves have no idea...

These guys go good in their systems in successful teams. Rarely will a prop that age move to a weaker club and have the same impact. They’ll bring leadership qualities but someone like Tamou won’t offer a lot on the field for us, and he wants a 2 year deal minimum. Not worth it for me.

There’s been very little communication from The NRL about what grounds are allowed to be used or not. Is Campbelltown even open to be used at the moment by NRL clubs? Fans have been left in the dark

It’s really not about that at all.... it’s about the fact Campbelltown hasn’t got a game all season. No one is complaining about the game being moved to make it special for Benji and rowdy.
