    R. I. P. Balmain

Yep,every viable Club adapted to the OHS/RBT/Pokies/Smoking etc laws, our Club has been poorly run for Decades with lots of rumours of Staff with fingers in the till and this was Decades after Humpreys. It already been mentioned the challenges the Club had with the changing demographic in the...

    El Packer

He's going Ok but not having the impact he had early in the Season,he and Matulino were probably the 2 best Forwards in the Comp. for the first 6 or so games. That's to be expected when they are targeted, like in the early games, and getting smashed every game. Hope Matutlino,in particular,can...

    Benji needs back up

Yeah, but how much more can Reynolds battered body stand,i can't see him lasting another 3 Seasons. Benji is going Ok but needs Brooks to be more consistent and attract attention away from his(Benji) plays. Too many poor decisions, and especially grubber kicks, by Brooks in the Newcastle game.

    Farah Axed

As posted on here and other Forums it looks like he's doing a Benji and coming home.I doubt it will this year thou.,better to see it out at Souths.

Taylor: Benji solves key problems for us

FWIW i agree,if you look back at Benji's time with us from around 2008/9 forward he always starts the season well, the accolades are rolled out,he's on all the Footy Shows etc. but his form slowly drops off as the season progresses for what ever reason. His time with Potter is a good eg. of...

I was unwanted by Potter: Marshall reveals cause for 2013 Tigers exit

I'm not so sure, someone(Benji?) is already sounding out the 'çlub' on him returning to a Admin/Coaching position in 2019.

    Matt Nable commentating

Yeah,i can handle 'momentum' thou.,its when the commentators start throwing in 'pressure' every few minutes that i start to loose interest.

    TIGERS Rozelle Development

Yeah, absolute tragedy,i agree with all of the above, there are several 'Directors'(who couldn't be trusted to put out garbage bins') and a couple of ex-Balmain players that should be ashamed of themselves. There were members at the time that predicted all this folly, once the Club gave up...

McQueen upbeat despite Tigers coach switch

Yeah ,great player if fit ,Souths sure missed him. Still a gamble thou.,like Ballin & Reynolds there is a question mark on him surviving a tough season but time will tell. Most online bookies have us Fav. for the spoon so some tempting odds out there for the Tiges to make the 8.

AN EMOTIONAL Benji Marshall has opened up on his rollercoaster rugby league career & the return “home” to Wests Tigers

More 'was' the last 5 or 6 years but looks like he will have a different attitude with us this time around.

    Mitchell Pearce

Apparently met Newcastle Officials(Browny?) this W/end so not a done deal with Manly yet.

    Oils

Love the 'Óils' but saw them live at the Northern(Great Northern?) Hotel in Byron back in the 1980's and they were terrible. We drove down from the Gold Coast for the night and it was a shocker of an evening, they performed in that big barn like room the Hotel had back then,Garrett was pissed or...

AN EMOTIONAL Benji Marshall has opened up on his rollercoaster rugby league career & the return “home” to Wests Tigers

I'm not sure that bit about the Bronco's contract is 100% true but good to see him end his career here. I think the Union experience was a good one for him as far as his character goes, hurts at the time to have your ego bruised and come to the realisation your not as slick/good as you once were...

    One Foot in Grave Forum

A guy walked into the local welfare office to pick up his check. \ \ \ He marched straight up to the counter and said, "Hi. You know…, I just HATE drawing welfare. I'd really rather have a job." \ \ \ The social worker behind the counter said, "Your timing is excellent. We just got a job...

    Manly Salary cap issue

The particular task force may end but the Info. they collected will be still active for years to come, may be used at a later date in a similar criminal investigations if they decide to target individual Crims. or players taking bribes or avoiding Tax.

Teddy praises Cronks possible arrival at the Roosters

Yeah, but when he turns its curtains as Ricky Stuart knows. One of his biggest dummy spits was with Ryan Cross,Paul's son,he apparently agreed to terms with Nick on a handshake then defected to Rugby with the promise of a Wallabies Jersey. Apparently Politis took it personally and was like a...

Aaron Woods - Signs with Bulldogs 2018 - Sharks 2018 [Official]..

Lets hope so but its not any one injury as such its just the cumulation of years of taking a battering, eventually the body says enough. He has already slowed considerably from his peak which is a marker coaches with Des's experience look for when deciding the balance of a Team. Anyway, time will...

Teddy praises Cronks possible arrival at the Roosters

I posted last year that the Chooks were looking at life after Pearce ,came from a mad Roosters supporter i've known since the 1970's,he also said Moses had agreed to terms with the Roosters then backflipped to stay at the Tiges. then backflipped again to join the Eels.

Aaron Woods - Signs with Bulldogs 2018 - Sharks 2018 [Official]..

Des thinks Renyolds is gone and on the slippery slide out of 1st grade, thinks he will spend more time on the sidelines/gym recovering from niggles than playing for us,hope he's wrong on that one,we will all know early next year.

Paul Vautin axed from The Footy Show

I don't think 9 had much choice, massive dummy spit by Sampson, interesting to know the real reasons.I think its much more than equal pay and the fact she sat in Economy and Fittler and Johns were in Business Class on Planes. As mentioned on other Forums the Sports Producers at 9 would have been...
