Don’t disagree. You said a million is a waste. I countered with a reason why it’s not a waste. 20/20 and tests are two different high value yet overlapping markets. Both have a place. My possible solition is 4 day tests.

Of course. I reckon the ABC radio idea was a plant to test public sentiment. This is a serious issue. People have paid big money, travelled large distances and taken time off work and family to watch day 3.

Also to my previous point, it helps to protect the value of a test match ticket. Day 3 tickets could suddenly be hard to sell…this is not good for test match cricket.
