It's very unlike an NRL player to sue his employer for over training as far as I'm aware. So for Jackson to do it, he must not be in a good place or the offence must have been extremely harsh. Hope the Dogs and his family are looking after his wellbeing.
I don't think anyone (media or fans)...
I don't think there are many fans of Pascor or Lee but no matter what I don't agree with the new management crapping on the old. This has been happening for years now where new management or coach comes in and pretty much says "we were in shambles before I came in".. It paints us in such a bad...
Felt a bit more optimistic after seeing a replay of this game than I did with the Dragons game.
Biggest loss this season was our first loss against Raiders at 20 points. In all honesty, even if we only manage to win half a doze or so games this season but that 20 points is our biggest loss of...
Thought Papali'i had one of the best performances I've seen in the last couple of years.
Stef and Koroisau also performed well.
I'm surprised to see Bateman in people's 3,2,1. Thought he was responsible for two tries, and for both tries he was actually defending 3 or 4 in, not at centre. I...
I don't think Penrith got to this level of manipulating refs overnight.
Main thing is to stay in the game, even if you lose you're learning. Your brain is ticking, you're still trying to win. The reason we don't improve is because we have often lost the game in 60 minutes.
I think he will follow the Brody Croft, Bevan French, Jackson Hastings mould and try to get some experience in Super League. If he dominates that comp, he may come back. I got no doubts that he will be in Super League next season and hopefully the next team covers most of his paycheck.
He'll be in Super League next season. Feel he has too much ego (don't mean this in a bad way) to play long time in NSW Cup. I said this at the start of the season, if you can't make it in to a Dragons or Tigers team, then no other NRL team will be interested in you as a first choice.
Is it just me or is that that we seem to have a lot of haters once they leave the club. Lots of people seem to crap on our club once they leave. Or is it the norm in NRL?
Feel like we are the least successful team with so many haters :ROFLMAO:
What I have been feeling and saying for a few years now is that we are improving as an organisation and as a team, however everyone else is improving so much faster than us. Every step we take forward, the rest of the competition is taking three.
I just don't think we will ever be able to...
I think some of the 6 against were simply coz we weren't fit enough and were getting frustrated.
Theres a big gap between good and bad teams. We all love craving for the underdog so it seems like they get the short end of the stick.
I do agree that there's some bias but I don't think there's...
You're misunderstanding.
Not being able to make one-on-one tackle is a deficiency for sure, I'm not saying it's not an important skill.
However, if you're forced to make a 1 on 1 tackle, they will definitely get a fast PTB and score or break the line in the next play. Teams run a lot of set...
Latrell is definitely not an elite fullback he is made out to be. He has his moments though obviously.
However, he isn't the reason they lost. If you need your fullback to make multiple try saving tackles in the game, then I'm afraid it's too late.
I used the say the same for Noffa. He had a...
I think he'll have his moments but am very worried about his turning out to be another Schuster. He is our first choice 5/8 and hope he is physically and mentally prepared to play the whole year.
