This is exactly the amount of first graders I counted last night that we have going into next year. 22 first graders is so much to find between now and round 1 next year. Quite disheartening.

I’m not sure sacking the coach is the answer right now, it may be in the future but today - it seems that the ramifications would be far greater then the yield of 2 or so extra wins they may pick between now and end of season with a new head coach.

I agree, but in your opinion is the talent in the same 17-20 players trotting out each week or is there talent outside of them not getting a start?
