Was it only one? Sorry thought it was two. Still I’d take just one at this stage.

Well he did play in 2 grand finals. Sad for Melbourne and Steph they weren’t good enough to win them, but I’d be happy as if Wests Tigers were in a grand final and lost.

Yeah I don’t know what they’re thinking. Maybe they just enjoy revelling in their buddy bro culture while still getting paid lots win, lose or draw.

It’s wonderful, if only he could coach!

Whatever it is it’s bloody annoying when you’re trying to read a post properly. I don’t know who put it on, but it’s an unnecessary distraction that has no place on a a footy forum, imo.

Willison would have more upside at this stage.

Further to this, here’s a story https://coastcommunitynews.com.au/central-coast/news/2026/10/holman-barnes-group-invests-in-the-mariners/

I have no idea. I just heard a quick report and one of the Mariners players saying what a great thing it was to have HBG onboard. Something to do with Shaun M perhaps? Wish they’d just concentrate on investing in the bloody NRL team they own.

Yeah I just heard on the local radio up here the other day that HBG have invested in the Mariners women’s team! Anything but rugby league apparently, they really have to go.

May as well just make it a 7s tournament all season if that’s what he’s aiming at.

Sad to say for me I missed the game completely! I’m all footballed out from our disappointing season, so I switched off and forgot all about it. By the time I realised it was on I couldn’t find where to watch it lol. I’m flicking through the channels like an idiot trying to catch the last 10...

Sounds like next season’s internal turmoil media fodder incoming.

Hard to compare since I don’t really know anything about him. However I was disappointed in Morris’ tenure with us, I thought he would’ve brought more since he had some coaching experience already. Hopefully the new bloke will bring more to the table for us, i guess time will tell.

No thoughts, don’t know him. I just wish we’d got someone with a bit higher profile.

It’s bloody ridiculous. How many more ways can they destroy the game?

Yeah what’s not to like about skinny wizened arms and legs and a pot belly? And I still have all my hair!

Never thought I’d see that happening, but it’s actually very true! Penrith have struggled with five eighths since Luai left, the replacements are too green and now Cleary is out for an extended period they could actually use Brooks’ experience in the halves. He slotted into Fozball very well, no...

Where the hell are Saints suddenly getting all this money from? Did they take out a loan with Politis?

What a pathetic looking specimen! Must be getting on in years. Geez I’m glad I don’t look like that 😂

Yep just when he’s on the verge of retirement, so Wests Tigers 😂
