I really don’t put as much stock into our home games as most people seem to. Contrary to popular opinion, I don’t think we really have a fortress mentality home ground advantage at any of our home grounds and I actually think we often play better away from home.

Well we didn’t get it this season and I expect us to improve as a team next season, so take your pick. I don’t know who will get it, there’s a few candidates but I don’t think it will be us.

How do we get the bloody bye first round two years running? Surely they could’ve given it to another team this time around. It’s completely unfair. A first round bye is practically useless in a long season.

Let’s hope he’s right for once and we get this contract cleared up before the season starts. The last thing we need is another media driven BS hoopla surrounding one of our young players mid year that will only destabilise our season yet again.

Without the stupid white box I believe, could only be a good thing.

Let’s just wait and see how he settles in with us and performs here before casting criticism. His form at Newcastle may have been average, but Newcastle as a whole team were a mess last season.
