If he gets fired who do YOU think will replace him (short term) and who do you think can save us (Long Term)

Personally it’s hard to ignore Tim Sheens being at the club as a possible replacement
(but that may be unlikely)

John Morris with a focus on junior development and give him three seasons to work it out. Whoever was in charge of the Sharks getting them from demise of Flanagan to the rebuilt unit today needs to be recruited by us.

I think Madge was given a rough situation but he had a fair chance. to at least create something that shows a bit of promise.

I am not sure that there is much out there coaching wise. Ciraldo and Ryles but I am sure a rookie is the right fit. Woolfe but again no NRL experience. It is almost Flanagan by default

No way you go a rookie coach. We are not a strong enough club. That's why I like Morris, he's new but he's already had two successful years with a club in a similar situation to us. Sharks were probably worse off than us three years ago, they looked broken. By the end of last year they were young and exciting and confident. He picked the right players, got a lot out of players who looked washed up and brought them together well.

I hate to say it but Flanagan could be the best option. I don’t know if any of the rookie coaches would come to us. Flanagan may even reject us.
