We need a new wrestling/tackling coach.
The current approach has negatively impacted our defensive techniques, and as a result, Galvin will miss out on Rookie of the Year due to a hip drop tackle.
We had multiple suspensions this year due to our poor tackling techniques.

Our technique is by far the worst in the league, we jog back allowing the attacker to run at us instead of meeting them head on then just try to wrap the ball up, I say try because for some reason when we wrap the ball up we wrap our arms around they're necks. Instead of getting on the front foot to dominate the attacking team, cutting they're decision making time down. No idea if it's because we're not confident in defence or if it's a fitness thing but it's just not working.

We have no line speed because we more often than not get dominated in the forwards (lose the Ruck) when that happens they get quick play the balls and are attacking before we are even back the 10.
If.we.dominate.in defence they're getting pushed back... We don't have to retreat,.our line.is set before they play the ball... Much less taxing on fatigue and there's no momentum for the opposition.
We need to learn how to put the ball runner in the ground the other way around.. We need to learn how to limit post contact metres, we need to learn how to attack with our defence... When yiu can do that it's infectious and inspirational and very hard for opponents to deal with.
We are miles away from that though and Benji doesn't worry about it.
John Morris has been a dismal failure and should be turfed out today... Farahs gone.. We need some exceptional assistant coaches to replace them. Morris cannot remain conceding an avg 32 points per game

i will go down in flames for this ,but we have a very young side across the board ,im not a fan of them making wholesale changes up n down the grades .we need 2 build cohesion,who's the modern day version of Peter Muholland,but who came first ,the crap players or the crap coach,there is something fundamentally wrong with this this club n i cant put my finger on it or offer ideas on how to fix it,it could b as simple as switching out 2 players,i realy dont think its the coaches ,its more the players attitude.Womak n Womak (?) that produced no;1 singles in the 80'svia a recipe for hit songs could come up with an algorithm that would win us games,its very simple the way a game unfolds now,the players r coached 2 run between witches hats 2 stay in their lane.Wack a winger with 1 of our wooden spoons when they come in of their line might b a good start.

Next to no chance that would happen. Penrith assistants are looking to be first grade coaches after a few development years

Benji is clearly the good cop with the kids, probably needs a really ruthless trainer to play bad cop and deliver some home truths & for everyone to get the shits at.

This is the first time I have ever seen fans of an NRL team having such an interest in who the assistant coaches are …

It probably says a lot about the confidence levels with the current head coach …

Just remember…it’s a double edged sword … the better the assistant coach … the more the fans want him promoted to the top job when the inevitable next series of losses happens

Anyone who can actually coach. The kids are learning to overplay, especially Galvin. They aren't learning the game because the coach arguably never learnt it.
