3 of our first 4 games are away games

I noticed that as I was putting the fixtures in my diary. And the one at home (round 3) is against South Sydney at ANZ….

3/4 is hardly unfair. That's only 1 game off being 50/50.

If it was 8 of our first 9 away then I could understand the complaint.

Well we could argue that round 1 away against the dragons is almost a home game. ANZ membership packs give us free entry to that game too. And by the end of the season, we'll have 12 home and 12 away, so it just means we will have more home games later on…

Good. Let the boys start the year with some really tough games to let them know that we are still a long way from being title contenders. If we show that we can muscle up against tough teams (even if we lose) it will give everyone confidence. When we start getting home games hopefully we can get the ball rolling and start going on our famous Wests Tigers winning streaks
