Align with the players

Since I actually splashed out some hard earned cash on a membership, in the belief that this year was going to be something special for wests tigers, I have decided it is counter productive to bag the current crop of players, instead I am going to align with them - I am going to display the same lack of enthusiasm, girls blouse attitude and just clock off for this year. Yes, things aren't going like I would like them too, so …. I am taking my wests tigers scarf, cap and one remaining match ticket and going home for the year, clocking off, putting the cue in the rack you might say. See you all next year, its all too hard, so it's easier just to give it all up. Gee, you know the players were right, this is a lot easier to do than getting stuck in, getting the jersey dirty and toughing it out. cheers all till next year ........
 
I dont believe the players have given up…we woulda seen 62 put on us on fri if that were the case

Theyre distracted, no one can concentrate on what theyre sposed to be doing when youre distracted, players are being moved on, the players that played the other night....in a move by the club, orchestrated by the club.
The club has sacrificed this season

I understand that the players are a bit upset that they are being split up and not going to be able to play together but they can see each other outside footy so it's not all doom and gloom guys I'll all still be mates even I'd u do play for opposing teams and it will be fun next year when u come up against your mates next yea when u play them

Always used to love playing against my mates . Brushing them all week ,sledging the crap out of them on the field and the having a beer and a laugh afterwards .
That what sports and games are all about .
Maybe some of our players need to think about that and stop being so precious . :imp:
 
As Gould said on the Sunday Roast today, words to the effect that even though some players are being moved on, it shouldn't make any difference, they are being paid to play and that is what they should be doing to their best regardless. Take it as an opportunity to play with and for your mates until the end of the year- make the most of a not so good situation.
 
I believe that everyone is looking to point a finger at rumors, players moving on, bad coaching, bad management etc etc etc …. I believe that we are just not clicking as a team, you can see it on the field getting frustrated, making poor errors and trying anything and everything........

If you sit back and have a look at injuries it really has hurt us as a team and having to change our line up week in and week out would have to be hard... But the are no excuses as they keep telling us......

The West Tigers are just not clicking together as a team.... I still have faith in them and i am praying that they will fire up and click and find that Tiger spark and spirit......

My thoughts exactly , which is why I am more angry that their minds are not on the job, if I were in a job that required me to give my best irrespective whether there was a restructure taking place does not absolve me from my responsibility to my employer especially when I am still getting paid. Imagine if they were Pilots or Air Traffic controllers and they were facing the same issues, no different to the rest of us, we may not often like what management does but sometimes you need to get over it.

yes, get over it, look for the positives and make the most of it, otherwise life becomes pretty sad I'm afraid.

Unfortunately Mr Ink, this appears to be Groundhog Day. I just wish our blokes would have a fair crack at it this year
 
Not sure but I dont really want to be a season ticket holder next year. I dont have enthusiam to watch them play at the momment so I am reluctant to buy my 3 passes next year. This is mainly because I am not happy with the tigers buying a competition not developing one like in 05 when I first started being a season ticket holder.

Yes, this may be ana ccurate summation …............... but I doubt it.
Would it be too much JUST to ask the players to show some .......ENTHUSIASM ON THE FIELD.
