Anyone see The Jungle ?

I did early on when the 20s were playing. Was a bit hard to distinguish the Jungle when the ground filled up a bit, a part from the flags and banners. If you can get the blokes from the back of Bay 13 to come over you will be able to make lots more noise.

Don't give up mate ….It's tough initially...

Problem is a lot of Die hards who are STH....Pay for premium seats/decent seats....they aren't going to come and sit behind the goalposts....

Here is one of the downfalls at the WSFS...Unless your gunna go on the opposite side of the field ...like the Parra Fans or Manly your gunna blend in unfortunately,,,,,

Don't dispair,,,wait for Cambo and Leichhardt where you can set up either end of Cambo or the hill at the old Girl......those grounds will Rock....

Also promote Away games......I for one will join in if I'm there....take the Jungle on the road,,,,,,momentum...

I agree with Geo. Really need to focus strongly on away games too. I dont know about others, but whenever I purchase GA for away games I always try to sit with the biggest/loudest group of Tigers supporters I can find. This is usually pretty successful at Brookvale & Shark Park, but a bit harder at the proper grounds like Parra Stadium and ANZ.

First suggestion is to look at Ticketek/the ticketing outlet to see if they've organised an Away Supporters Bay. They have this going in Bay 37 (?) at the SFS and was used as the Tigers bay against the Roosters. Had you chosen to set up there initially instead of Bay 17 I believe you wouldve had a strong following. ANZ usually have an allocated Away Supporters bay too. Best idea is to sit there, because your average joe away fan will most likely purchase tickets in that area which will help to boost numbers/get people involved.

Unfortunately Bay 37 is in direct sunlight so that was a put off. But the jungle did head over there the 2nd half of the game against the Roosters.

The jungle will get a good following at away games. And wait til a LO game!! It is going to go off!!!!!

I just contacted - ANZ
- Parra Stadium
- Shark Park
- Brookevale
- Canberra Stadium
to find out If/what there away supporter bays are. If they dont have one ive requested if we can reserve one for our games there. Now to wait for a reply …...

Anz always have an away supporters bay, parra stadium usually behind the posts one one end of field umm club end I think shark park is on the hill brooky hill and Canberra usually on the end a few bays round from raiders army once again can't remember what bay will have a look at seating plans in next day or 2 and let yas no

good turnout, very vocal
i loved it
dw bout what some people say they have very negative attitudes
Campbelltown and LO will get good turnouts dw bout that
we shud organise where we will be sitting at ANZ i believe we play souths and the doggies there
& the SCG inrd 10 tht will sure get a good turnout as well

nws pacey
come sit anyways
tell ur dad to come along too
thoughts on where we'll be sitting against the bulldogs in rd 6??

Exactly right. The away games in and around Sydney the Jungle will get a great following. The SFS is a tough place to get it started. I think the game at Penrith in a few weeks will be great to get plenty of fans on the hill with those flags and banners. I think the Jungle will help get more Tigers fans to away games.

Brookvale is usually on the hill around the 30-40m on the Southern End.
Shark Park is usually the SW corner/hill
Canberra is usually the SE corner in one of those bays.
