Ayshford

How many more times we going to see this thread this yr? The club did the right thing and moved him on and now he's someone elses problem.

Move on

No.

I just think Ayshford personified our team and season last year with his ineptitude and nonchalant lazy attitudes. Where as Taupau personifies the new attitude and hunger that the team has this year.

It is part of the cultural shift that we're seeing at the club, something that we can only hope to progress and become more concrete throughout goods times and tough times.

In my opinion… Poor taste dissing someone who's put in for the club... Hope he does manage to achieve his potential whoever it's for... And at one point, the potential was definitely there....

I dunno, I don't really get bored of it. I have nothing against the Sharks actually, but the fact that they sign so many ex-Tigers, it never ceases to amuse me when it doesn't work out for them.

Actually more so considering the great mileage they've got out of Fifita.

Ayshford is a real battler, just glad to see him as someone else's problem.

thank you! laughing at and kicking players like ayshford and beau ryan while theyre down doesn't reflect very well on our club. form is fleeting and while we may be closer to the top right now, the roles could reverse very quickly. in fact they were reversed about 6 months ago…

all the best to ex-tigers, ayshford, benji, fifita, heighno, beau, gibbs and all.

I thought he was reasonable tonight. The Roosters have some pretty handy centres. Made some nice runs in attack. I'm comfortable with the decision to move him on but good luck to him. It's not like he demanded a release or walked for bigger money when we want to keep him.

Anyway I look forward to the 34 threads on the other players who were formally here but now play with Cronulla… Rhino missed a tackle too you know...

What about Johnny Cronk? Is he still playing there? People tend to forget about him as an ex Tiger.

I have no problem with the thread (i nearly started the same thread)…..

Did u see his game last night? He was horrible and i was definatey thinking "thank god we got rid of him".

While i would be happy to see him improve and do well, i also wont forget seeing him on the drink one saturday arvo at Hunters Hill Hotel all smiles after putting in one of the worst efforts i had seen the night before. He just didnt try that night, and while every player is entitled to go have a beer and a good time, it bugged the hell out of me seeing him so happy hours after he let himself, his family and his fans down by not trying. Im overeacting, i know that, but it still bugged me

I am glad he is gone , however I just am surprised he failed to kick on as in the 2011 season he was unstoppable and was being talked up as a representative centre due to his form.

Looks to have got lazy and disinterested.

Tigers have Simona and Seve for years to come so best of luck to Blake and thanks for the good years.

I would agree with this save the fact I watched him play for large stretches in season 2013 when he didn't put in at all for the club. As such I do find some pleasure in watching him stink it up for that wretched garbage club in Cronulla
