Strong side once again and they will be hard to beat at home. Is Matt Davidson injured?

Didn't look injured when I saw him Monday night after the Wenty game but I am unsure.

But considering there are 4 Wests Tigers contracted forwards on the bench it may be a big ask to break back in.

Is Mataka down on form?

His name does not even come up for 1st grade selection anymore, and he finds himself on the BRET bench.

He started at centre this past game for us.

For mine Mataka plays better from the bench. He provides real impact. His form was down a little earlier in the year as well and Ryan & Curran have really earned their positions much like Eloni starting. He has earnt the right to keep his spot even with Angry Al returning

Wests Magpies Side

1 George Kepa
2 Rhys Pritchard
3 Andrew Everingham
4 Nu Akeripa
5 Gus Aiga

6 Ben Falcone
7 Nathan Waters

8 Alex Ranieri
9 Kurt Kara
10 John Skandalis
11 Andrew Pearn
12 Josh Davis
13 Jamie Sharkie

14 Troy O'Sullivan
15 David Harris
18 Duan Poaneki
19 Michael Stolk

Coach: Leo Epifania

Looks like a good side.

I doubt Fifita or Moors will be dropping down this week though as WT play Monday (same for Brown)

Should be an entertaining clash. Skando back to Leichhardt

Hmm. Interesting.

Cheers.

No Fitzy???

Well if it isn't a typo it saves me the trip to Leichhardt on Monday afternoon

Decent looking team for Wests but Balmain have a clear edge in their interchange bench, as well as the halves.

If Wests don't improve the attack which has stalled over the past month they won't be able to stick with Balmain for the whole 80mins.

Leichhardt….again.....how many times are we gifting Balmain HG advantage this year....should be at Birchgrove...

Should just sleep over.....

Wests by 10

Don't worry Geo. They have beaten us twice this year but we were the better team both times. Wests will beat the over-rated Ryde Eastwood side this weekend.

HG advantage??

If i recall, it was Balmain who let the Maggots use Lilyfield Rectangle as THEIR home ground earlier this year…
