Being able to develop your game in a side thats constantly winning tends to work better than playing in a spooner side.

People seem to forget that Melbourne breached the cap because the players they developed were now worth so much on the open market.
CB is a super coach, don't kid yourself. He makes average players great and great players future imortals. It's not a fluke.
