Blocking Websites

Hey guys,
I know it's wrong thread, but I need help with this URGENTLY.

I needa know how to block sites on firefox, on mac.
I know you can do it using DOS comman on windows, but mac don't have that,
and IDK what the alternative is.
I'm really sorry mods, but I have to do this quickly,
and kinda needed attention.
Really sorry, and I will be grateful to anyone who helps.
