It's not even about taking Balmain away. There are many, many of us who are neither WM or BT fans. We are ONLY Wests Tigers fans, and if Wests Tigers cease to be, I have absolutely no interest in following a team that hasn't existed for more than quarter of a century in the NRL, or the one that was my least favourite prior to Super League. My 4 piddly memberships and 2 or 3 merchandise purchases a year won't make much if a difference, but I don't think I'll be the only one.
Lots of people were happy with 2026's jersey, since they sold out in both styles so quickly 🤷♀️

In today’s Daily Telegraph there is an article and explanation of the situation. As the article is the usual chatter there was a section of question with answer of the current situation and I found this very disturbing (I’ll insert a snap shot from the article). This article is confirming my suspicions as stated in my earlier post that self sabotage has been going on for a while and it looks like 2030 is the year for these muppets to ramp up their plan to ditch the Tigers brand. Does anyone know the whole (legal) truth about this “Heritage Deed Prohibition till 2030”?

Totally agree champ, they are history. The Tigers last won a comp in 1969, and were poo from 91 onwards and the magpies well let's not go there. Both should be wiped out fully, I would even scrap Leichardt and Campbell Town and just build a new stadium and have one home, let the losers who want to live in the past stay there and watch re runs of past floggings.

I'd love to do that if they really don't want the Wests tigers to succeed. Neither side of the joint venture wanted their club to disappear but what's done is done. I embraced that and to see it all undone because of selfish Cro-Magnons trying to resurrect the past is just wrong. There must be a way for the NRL or members to resolve this and soon before another year is lost.
