Has it been confirmed this whole saga is over the 2026 home team jersey ?Richo wanted a united wests tigers so nsw cup team as wests tigers goes a long way to fixing the divide. if we did that we probably wouldn't have had the "tantrum" over the 2026 home jersey either
Has it been confirmed this whole saga is over the 2026 home team jersey ?
I know that is the agenda being pushed by the media and who knows if that was part of the hidden agenda or not, but the statement made by the HBG spokesperson did not mention any issue relating to the 2026 home jersey.
HBG leak like a sieve. you know this. it would've come directly from the horses' mouth.Has it been confirmed this whole saga is over the 2026 home team jersey ?

What has been rubber stamped that the board knew nothing about , what did Richo or BOF do that they were not privy to , I also note not all items go to the board , most day to day running is done by the staff like BOF and Richo , Jersey , stadium , funds for LO and Cambo , signing a player , deals for new sponsors , all via board yes , so what one was done that Burgess and co knew nothing about ,these are important issuesI don’t think it’s a question on who has attended the Wests Tigers board meetings, it’s a question of whether topics that should have been brought to those meetings were done so before being rubber stamped by the now ex-chairman.
You're problem is you assume everyone has good intentions.. it's on record from lee that there are directors at Wests and HBG who want the magpie back in the NRL.. the magpie is dead in the NRL.. it should and will never return.. Wests however will live on with their name... But these old wanksrs can't get over the fact the Maggie is dead... Rip you old turdsIf the 90% owners of the club want the reserve team called the Wests Magpies is that such a major issue ?
Don’t tell me we would be more successful at NRL level if our reserve team was called Wests Tigers.
The Melbourne Storm have been the most successful NRL club for the past 20 years and they have not once had a reserve team called Melbourne Storm.
If Elvis comes back to life, do you think he’ll still be able belt out Suspicious Minds the way he did in 1970? The chances are about the same.If the Magpies do come back .. would it be solely Ashfield Magpies or would it be Ashfield, Campbelltown and Lidcombe? Either way, the same old problems will exist.
The magpies are NEVER coming back to the NRL.If the Magpies do come back .. would it be solely Ashfield Magpies or would it be Ashfield, Campbelltown and Lidcombe? Either way, the same old problems will exist.
I don’t see how they can. Some seem to think the NRL are the Fair Work Commission. They own the club.
They can sack whoever they want to sack 🤷♂️
The rules are different for board members and fair work. They may have a case, but HBG probably have documented their issues.I don’t see how they can. Some seem to think the NRL are the Fair Work Commission.
Lidcombe is irrelevant...its only where the old ground wasIf the Magpies do come back .. would it be solely Ashfield Magpies or would it be Ashfield, Campbelltown and Lidcombe? Either way, the same old problems will exist.
And that has what exactly to do with Mr Whippy sneaking rat snack into the choc tops ?If you are so thick that you can't see how much uproar and division this has created, it just reinforces that you sit on the side of Wests and are not part of a United Wests tigers, making people like you the problem.. You'll all be dead in 10 - 20 years anyway and the magpie will die with you guys
The members own it mate. Not these squatters holding debentures. That's the issue. They are not acting in the interests of their members; they are undemocratically there due to a historical anomaly.I don’t know who Jack Mate is, but do believe that HBG own a 90% stake in the Wests Ts.
Your metaphor was ridiculously over the top.You can take me literally and deny the problems all at the same time, bravo 👏
I actually think this may lead to the owners going. Western Sydney is too important for the NRL, and I cant see any other motivation other than deliberate sabotage. The members own it mate. Not these squatters holding debentures. That's the issue. They are not acting in the interests of their members; they are undemocratically there due to a historical anomaly.
The two directors, who were the ones democratically elected by the owners (i.e. HBG members), supported the review and were subsequently removed from the HBG board.
We really need to stop calling these debenture holders as owners. They are not. They are squatters who need eviction. Their decisions are not those of an owner (or on behalf of owners) - they are self-interested parties.
The above quote was not something I said???So he didn’t just do it without consulting the owners ?
But have you still got the speed to go on with it or are you relying on the big, dumb winger to lope up on the outside, take the pass and grab the glory?Your metaphor was ridiculously over the top.
If the outside defender rushes up, the least I can do is dash through the yawning gap 👍
