A few leaders of boys would be nice. Players that don't have social media, don't care about haircuts or Beiber on Spotify. Someone with loyalty and one who is prepared to back a team mate, hit someone else extremely hard and not care who is in the way. Someone who is happy to be the target whilst the others get left alone to do their thing.
