Danny DAREMAN.....

OBVIOUSLY a tad jealous of his teammates' television fame, Bryce Gibbs used his down time during the Tigers' Kiama camp to come up with a character he is certain will land him a small screen job.
>
With the motto "anywhere, any time, any dare", Dare Man Dan is an all-out action warrior who knows no bounds. Or so Gibbs says.
>
After coming up with his alter ego, who comes complete with costume, Gibbs, or should we say Dare Man Dan, was put to the test by the Tigers.
>
In pouring rain, a couple of players dared Dan to swim across the Kiama channel.
>
Living up to his motto, Dare Man Dan jumped in no questions asked and made easy work of the 500 or so metres of freezing water.

Seems Gibbo will make his debut on the Matty Johns Show next week…..

Cmon Wests Tigers fans you can come up with something......?????

Best suggestion gets sent to Matty Johns....we have connections..... :ugeek:

Doesn't Ahn Doh (spelling?) do exactly the same thing already on that rubbish TV show?

Rubbish? It's a lot better than seeing fatty stumble his way through the footy show. I think they should do the 'controversy corner' segment for longer, a lot of good ideas are brought up like humphreys idea of having a 30 round comp.

Gibbs should try and be funnier than beau

i dare him to eat a bowl of animal parts( liver/brains), or sit in a tub with snakes or spiders… or last a min or 2 in a tear gas chamber

I would like to dare "Dare Man Danny" (aka Mr. Gibbs) to ask either Julia or Tony a question during the final week of their respective election campaigns. Perhaps the question could relate to the upgrading of Leichhardt Oval???

Actually, no….I dare “Dare Man Danny” to seek a commitment from either Julia or Tony (ideally both) to pledge millions of dollars towards Leichhardt Oval’s redevelopment if elected to the office of Prime Minister on August 21!!!

How about it Dare Man Danny? About time someone shows Mr. Latham how it is really done!

I no longer watch fatty's show unless I know the Wests Tigers are on it. I watch the Matty Johns show. It needs to go about 10-15 minutes longer and controversy corner definitely needs to go longer.

Yeah the show should probably go for 90 minutes. They should talk more about the upcoming games.

SPORT Confidential's very own Danny Dare Man is set to make his national television debut next week with an appearance on The Matty Johns Show.

Dare Man, who some say is really Tigers prop Bryce Gibbs, planned to storm the small screen last night but was stopped by injury.

"It takes a lot to keep the Dare Man down," said Gibbs.

"But he had a crook knee this week. He injured it while performing a very dangerous and demanding stunt."

He should stick to throwing fruit and being a stooge

… or egging Fifita's car as he did yesterday.

the boys love him and his bizarre sense of humour + he switches on for footy so lay off the big galoot!
