I know , what you guys are all thinking , but after the crazy depressing weeks us Wests Tigers fans have had to endure , why can't we all think positive & wish the title of this thread to happen .One of my mates after we walked out of Campbelltown on Monday night said to me , our season is over , all we can do now is have a drink at the club.
And I said , or if we win 9 straight games , we will be Premiers again.
So this morning I woke up with the idea of looking up an old thread I started in 2005 ….first time I have been on the old forum in years.
To my surprise it was exactly 9 years to this day that I started it on August 8th 2005 @ 7.20pm . The read brought back many great memories of the lead up to the Grand Final and some of the great characters that was on the old forum.
It was great reading how games were starting to go our way as the rounds when on and how we were getting excited on the thought that , hey we could be Minor Champions , especially after we canned the Bulldogs by 52 points.
Yes , I know 9 straight wins ,especially with all the injuries we have is a 500 to one shot , but that's the only way I can view it , otherwise might as well please the wife with a trip to Thailand for the month of September
