Disgraceful refereeing

It was a late hit on their #6, not the tackle on Curran. The coverage didn't show a replay but I rewound and it was a fair call. Similar to the penalty for the late hit on Hastings right on half time.

There were definitely some iffy calls today (though the bunker fixed at least two of them), but nothing game changing. We deserved exactly what we got.
 
The call of 6th tackle on the Garner line break was diabolical - pushed off the mark by the tackler and Laurie compelled to dive at the football because Garner is unable to affect a proper play the ball.

Apart from that, just a lot of bad luck with "played at" calls; there must have been a dozen go in favour of the Warriors to allow them to pile on pressure.

If you don’t ice your chances you will inevitably get those things against you. The winger had a stroll to the line if Garner executes a simple skill. It’s first grade and we get too much wrong ourselves.

I was also blowing up about several refereeing decisions but you just have to live with them.

Ultimately gotta be better at what we can control.

Yeah that was a dog's breakfast. Doueihi was being held back for about 20 metres as well.

The referee clearly doesn't understand that just because a kicked ball touches an opponent doesn't mean they get another 6 tackles. It was one of the worst refereeing performances I've seen in a long time.

They just got the bounce of the ball all game. Literally the ball bounced forwards off one of their players' ass and they score. If we did that it would definitely be ruled a knock on.

We do bring it upon ourselves by getting dominated in the ruck and playing in slow motion.
