I saw some video of the interview on the news tonight and Ellis the smile on his face and excitement in his voice is great.
Gotta love the guy.

I'm officially excited now… and it's only Monday.

You are right prattenpark, Gareth is an absolute champion making a huge difference to our pack. One thing annoys me about those interviews, I always find it difficult to hear the question asked, no trouble hearing the player's answer but the sound quality for the interviewer is often ordinary, same for post game interviews often and when players are interviewed at training.

There was so much happening after the game I missed it, what did he do?

He pretended to be a reporter and asked

"Gareth, is it true your visa is expired and you're staying here on your sons passport?"
then said
"And how does it feel to be the second best player in the team behind Chris Heighington?"
finished with
"But you're the best Englishman, right … better than that other bloke, what's his name? Matt? Flanagan or something?"
