LOL I just this very minute spent 20 minutes on the fone to AGL talking to a radish :deadhorse:
Im in the process of moving, closing utility accts and re-opening at new place as well as changing bank D/D details, 2nd call to AGL and got totally different info from the first call.
First call to Integral energy over a week ago, acct closed and re-opened on the date I wanted and forms for the bank sent out withing two day - efficient, still waiting for AGL to pull their digit out
Still charge like wounded bulls for power but of the two for my move Integral shit all over agl
