Favourite fast food burger

Pirate Petes in Round Corner Dural made a mean burger.

The place in Southlands makes a nice and large burger as well.

True fast food Bacon Deluxe no tomato from Hungry Jacks

The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks

Aussie burger, whopper or grilled chicken burgers are ace. Maccas used to have a burger called an El Maco (I think) and it was really quite good - wished they still had it, same as the McFeast. Maccas have a tendency to stop making all the good tasting burgers, yet continue with the crap ones that have practically nothing but meat and cheese on them. I mean, how many different names can you come up with for burgers that only consist of meat, mayo and cheese? :unamused:

Oh, and the new Red Rooster fish burger is quite nice too.

The McFeast is back at McDonalds for a limited time, starting on Wednesday.

McOz used to be my favourite. Big Macs and McChickens are usuallly my go these days if I am going to have Macca's.

Hungry Jacks is rank. Microwaved burgers, no thanks.

Chiefs at Ingleburn used to be top rate as well - reminded me of the fantastic flavour the Route 66 Burgers used to have - Flame grilled, with that distinctly almost smokey beef flavour.

Stunning Stunning burgers, heck i'm salivating just thinking about it…

There's a place up here called Beach House and thier Maroochy Works Buger is the bomb… Made with a real Wagyu Beef Pattie (not the imitation stuff that Maccas & Hungry jacks use), Crispy Bacon, Caramelised Onions, Fried Egg, Beetroot, Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato, and then they use this awesome Tangy BBQ Sauce they make themselves...

If your on the Sunshine Coast, you gota stop in for one of these with an Icy Cold Beer!!!

Guys,

There used to be a place on King Georges road in Beverly Hills here in Sydney called "Jims Burgers"

Jim was an older Greek man and made the simplest /cleanest tasting burgers in my childhood.

They were second to none.

As for Fast food Oporto's burgers are nice but relatively pricey… (Now Im hungry and cant wait for this conference call about Firewalls to wrap up)

The Coop in Rozelle
Their Portuguese Chicken Burgers ($6.50) are amazeballs

I know people come from across sydney to get them :stuck_out_tongue:

That's good, but why only a limited time?

Hungry Jacks microwaved?! Not in my territory - always fresh and flame grilled - yum! Don't know where you been buying yours from.

Has anybody had a big mac recently?
They are about the size of a kids meal cheeseburger now.

Scotch fillet burger from the loaded dog, a pub at Tarago on the road between goulburn and braidwood. I have driven the 90 minutes from home just to get dinner. It's worth it.
