No doubt they used all the money they were giving Tedesco ,Mansour ,Milford and Ennis

His is now the games highest paid player

Canberra isn't really an appealing place to live. They could attract some big names in their early days when they had guys who didn't want to live in Sydney, but those players now have a lot of other options. The only reason marquee players will go there now is because they want to win a title, and if the side isn't performing well they know it won't happen.
