Footy Show

I watched about 20 mins, found it all pretty poor seeing Benji Heighno Beau & Robbie all clowning around on the same day as mosese funeral
I know its pre taped, but the games currently being dragged thru the mud, we lost one of our own - benji talks about crying after losing the NZ (C) 5 mins after his lame rap clip dancing & joking around…..getting a bit over all these blokes egos

Little unfair on the players. You know they are hurting over losing a great mate of theirs, they haven't forgotten what's happened and they have out in great tributes for Mosese.
As professional football players - they have to move on. You don't see newscasters crying when they produce the news about someone dying. With an image comes standards you must uphold in public. Reality is the boys hear about the tragedy, mourn and the next day they are back at training. It's a fast movement.

Erin Molan doesn't do much for me at all.
Just sayin

I'm with you mate and she seems to have the voice/personality of a concrete wall.

I also find it ironic that there's a panel of current and ex football players yet when they decide to talk some footy they need to bring someone who has never played the game in.

She seems to know her stuff. I didn't realise that you needed to have played the game to be able to talk about it. That would probably negate half the people on this forum and Footy Show host, Michael Slater as well lol.

Totally agree. She certainly doesn't seem like window dressing to me. She always speaks confidently and like someone who has an excellent understanding of the game and the information she is giving.

I was more referring to the panel. Surely when they finally talk footy they can talk about it themselves rather then having to bring a reporter in to do it for them.

For years I've tuned in for the first episode to see whether they've actually added some substance to the show, and every year I've been disappointed. I didn't even bother this year.
