GAG Benji?

I say hells yeah!…..I wish Mayer and Potter would slap a media ban on Benji for the rest of the season...They do if for the youngsters why not Benji!??...Would he adhere to it?...he would find it awfully hard to cease this self promotion and media play he appears to lap up.

Watch and listen to the crap Benji comes out with tomorrow and the rest of the week on TFS etc...

What's the point, if he breaks it they can fine him or sack him, if they fine him he can just refuse to pay so they'd sack him anyway, and if they sack him he probably wouldn't care because he's leaving in a month anyway and his next job lined up. They may as well let him continue to embarrass himself, miss kiwi selection and embarrass himself further and go out with the smallest of whimpers.

You realise as one of the faces of the club (whether you like it or not) he's gonna be talking to media? You're acting like he puts his foot in his mouth every time he does it, but he doesn't. At all. In fact, except for maybe the stupid jersey thing that I'm already over tbh, he has been good and personable with the media. He's been direct, honest and kind and very explanatory. I wouldn't be surprised if its part of his contract that he needs to speak to the media in all honesty.

The only reason everyone gets angry at him when he talks to the media is that most people hate him so much right now (which as a tigers fan, I can't understand that kind of hate for any players unless they've behaved criminally) and then over analyze his every move to fuel their hate. Stuff that no one else notices. "Oh look he twitched when answering the question he must have a massive ego wow how selfish get him off the team!" (I would legitimately not be surprised to see that on here)
