I've seen a lot mention him on here but I've never seen him play,I noticed he is now back in NSW cup playing lock.
How does he go and could he cut it in the top grade as a lock second rower that can punch through the line that we desperately need?

Imagine at the moment they are trying to get some match fitness into him and trying to build his motor up

Still 5 games left after this week and Im sure Potter will want to see how he handles top grade before seasons end

From what I have heard he is aggressive, and a good ball player,

Interested to see how he goes at lock!

Yep Buchanan needs a break. He's gonna get injured soon I feel. He's had an absolutely enormous load on his back with Galloway out and a poor pack for a lot of the season at 20 years old. Woodsy (when he started) was often off the bench and he had galloway and ellis and heighington to help out quite a lot.

Yeah mate I agree, Buchanan was never expected to play first grade this year as he wasn't physically ready for it, he's been ok.
Give him time to develop physically, and he will be much better for it.

As our season is over, it would be nice to see both Gavet and Groat get a run (though it seems maybe they've already given up on Groat).

Watched him come on against Wyong the other day . He is very muscular ,but not that big in his build. Very aggresive running style and did plenty of defence.Groat is bigger than him.Groat played well against a much lighter pack without dominating…........BMM was outstanding, too good for this level of RL.
