Getting Selected Help

yea im hoping to excel at center

Well then you might want to work on speed work as well . Work a program out with sprint coach or if you have an athletics coach at school talk to him .

Learning how to get to your top speed as quickly as possible and then how to maintain it for as long as possible

Without trying to dent your confidence , most NRL centres are sub 11 seconds over the hundred , but their is a lot more to playing centres than speed , but it sure helps to have it .

Gus Gould puts in perfectly Having speed is having power.

Reserve grade is full of players that haven't been picked in rep sides at your age.

David Harris NSW cup player of the year runner up was no where near the best player in the district at your age. Infact the best player in his age group has dropped of the scene,

Plenty of extras, hard work in the off season, and even harder working in winter.
