Great Win !

I thought that today that was the best we had played all season. Sure a few times we went off our game however overall we were sensational.

The forwards went up against a big solid pack and got on top of them. Robbie and Benji were real good. Lui had some great moments although he also had some shockers. Our back 3 were safe and our overall defence was real good.

Plus it was a game where we had some pressure on us and instead of folding the whole team really stepped up.

Lets hope the boys improve on that a little in the run to the finals and get into some solid form. From there who knows what can happen.

I'm not convinced. Like Gus said, the Tigers are kings of the grandstand finish. The scoreboard flatters us. We were in danger there had Laurie not knocked on and the Panthers maintain their momentum.

A win is a win though and we are now assurred of finals footy. Now we need to put in strong 80 minute finals footy.

Cant disagree with any of that.
The defence was very good, completions good and the forwards not outmuscled, got on top of their bigger opponents.

That was the 'complete' performance we've been searching for for a while now. Attack was great, playmakers were taking on the line, fowards set a platform and the bench men had impact. All round, a great win and something to build off running into the finals. I think we can knock Parramatta off their perch next week and finish off with wins against the Storm and Titans.
