Grit

It is hard to watch Wests play like they did tonight, it would be good to see them have the same type of grit that we are seeing in the Broncos at the moment, if we could play like that and not cave in, we would be sitting pretty, come on Wests, step up.

Everyone wants their team to be good but it depends on there ability of skill they have

It seems the problem is we have too much skill and not enough grit. You can rest assured the coach had game plans in place yesterday that did not include giving Banaha Yahoo the outside run or leaving HoustonWeHaveAProblem 1-1 with Benji.

No offense mate but I hate the misconception that if a player has skill he has no grit! It's bullshit! It's about temperament!! Thurston Lockyer Cronk, all wonderfully skilled and gritty!

Absolutely spot on there. We have too many players whose difference between their best games and worst games is just too massive-need a few more to hang in there tough when the chips are down.
Hoping in the years to come we slowly transform from a team that can win by 50 one week and then get belted by 50 the next into a more consistent side that shows a bit more ticker and application…problem is, I think we may have to wait an eternity for this to happen
