Has anyone know anything about Siri reading reading the posts out

I know in computer illiterate , but I was reading a post this morning and halfway through Siri started reading the post for me , it was weird. I haven't used Siri for months. Is it possible to have the posts read that way , or is it some weird fluke.
It's a really annoying way to read a post.
