Totally agree , but then comes the hard part , molding them into a great team and then keeping that team together as best as possible under salary cap restrictions

The big thing with winning premierships is making the best of that 3-4 year window when you have the side that is capable of winning a title

well that's where the coaching staff comes into it. and a bitta luck. i think mayer will lead us in the right direction with assistants and the like, whether potter is the man to lead us to a premiership or just a top 8 berth remains to be seen. I think he can do both given a chance.

Probably easier to ask who wouldn't make another NRL team. Ayshford,Beni and Anasta on current form would be no chance, Buchanon while trying hard probably wouldn't make the bench on any other team except Parra and the rest i think would be starters or bench players.As a hole we are not playing well as a team, i dont know if that is an attitude or poor coaching thing.
