Absolute vermin who should be given no mercy, if it was up to me they would be begging to be put out of their suffering by the end of it. Duterte, realising that working girls in Mindanao had no choice due to poverty so barred the police from prosecuting and persecuting them, provided the girls with free health checks and stopped them being exploited. The guys also did a lot of other fantastic stuff to stop exploitation of the lowest workers, free higher education for the poor, enacted laws that hospitals cannot refuse poor patients who would die outside their door etc..

His next crusade could be against cigarettes that are slowly killing him.

You will never meet a more "my rights" aware breed of scumbag than pedophiles or child molesters. The problem is they walk among us and people aren't allowed to know because of their "rights to safety". There is only one cure for them which unfortunately we as an "educated society" will not allow. You go places like China, Africa etc these scumbags get the treatment they deserve. The old school inmates knew exactly how to deal with them…..
