Encourage them to pick up a guitar instead. Music has never made me want to throw my remote through the tv and use the C word multiple times in a couple of hours. Its not a pass time I’d advise to anyone curios about it.

Get them to like the sport first. The affiliation to their chosen team will come from an individual player, the emblem, the look of the stadium, the colours, the team song...or proximity to where they live. They'll figure that out after learning to like the game.

Punch them in the guts and spit in their face, if theyre into that feeling im sure theyll love the Tigers.

I would advise them to watch the 2023 round 12 Wests Tigers vs NQL Cowboys game as a typical example of what they would be regularly experiencing as a Wests Tigers supporter.

Round 18 of 2023 should be avoided at all costs, as a matter of fact, most games should be avoided.
