na i heard this before the gower stuff happened

it was actually in the balmain forums that he had already signed or close to with another team

There was word that the Dragons were circling, as were the Cowboys, but his form and discipline earlier in the season did not impress them. I daresay he'll remain a Tigers next year, particularly if he continues to work hard and continue to improve.

We have quite a few good young ones for prop. No need to buy an expensive outsider. How about :- A and D Fifita, A Woods, M Groat, B Murdoch and there is one other who has been out for some time. He played in the Aust. side last year I believe.

Not a bad lot of prospects.

Groat is in the Aust. side this year.
