He is a good player but there is no way he would sign for us on a 1 year deal.The "accidental" walk on the hand for the elbow he received in the tackle was interesting.
As i expected the pommy ref could only see the response and not the deliberate dog shot to the head which caused it

Smith would’ve faked a trip then stepped on the hand
Then benefited from a penalty his way

Watched it plenty of times ….I don't think the Pommy player deliberately elbowed him.
However, can't say the same about Luke's effort.
